Every figure in the report comes from what you tell us. We do not guess your business. We use your numbers to show where the next dollar is, and whether it is getting more leads or converting the ones you already get.

Conservative opportunity, from your numbers
Conservative estimate · from your numbers · not a guarantee
It is a free tool that estimates, in dollars, where work is slipping out of your trade business right now. You answer a short set of questions about your operation: your trade, roughly how many calls you get, your average ticket, how fast leads get a call back, whether quotes get chased, and how you show up in search. It runs those numbers against what we see across Dallas-Fort Worth contractors and returns a plain breakdown of what each gap is costing you every month and what it would be worth to fix. There is no charge and no obligation. Plenty of owners take the breakdown and fix things themselves, which is fine. Either way you leave knowing your real numbers instead of guessing. It takes about two minutes.
Multiply the calls you miss by your close rate and your average ticket, and the number gets ugly fast. A plumbing company with a 400 dollar average ticket that misses six callable leads a week, closing roughly a third of them, is leaving around 800 dollars a week on the table, which is over 40,000 dollars a year. Bigger tickets make it worse: a roofer missing the same volume at a 9,000 dollar average job is losing far more. The reason it stays invisible is that nobody bills you for a call you never answered, so it never shows up in your books. The audit puts your own numbers into that math so you can see the figure instead of assuming it is small.
No. The audit is free, it is not a sales call in disguise, and you are not signing up for anything by running it. You give a name and an email so we can send the full breakdown, and that is the extent of it. We built it this way on purpose: we only take on a few businesses per area at a time, so we would rather show you real numbers first and let both of us decide whether there is enough opportunity to be worth working together. If the audit says the gaps are small, we will tell you that straight rather than sell you something you do not need. Agreeing to be contacted is never a condition of getting the report.
They are estimates, and we label them that way rather than dressing them up as precision. The output is only as good as the numbers you type in, and it fills gaps with industry averages for your trade where you do not have a figure handy. Treat the result as a range and a priority order, not an appraisal. What it is genuinely good at is showing you which leak is biggest, because the relative sizes hold up even when the absolute dollars move. Owners usually find the ranking more useful than the total: knowing that unchased quotes cost you more than your Google ranking does tells you what to fix first, and that part is reliable.
